The touch of cocoa, vanilla, lactic and spicy they combine to the perfection with a step along agreeable mouth and with personality. With a long end that reinforces all the initial aromas. Its delicacy makes it ideal to combine with any plate.

Alcohol: 14% vol.

Varieties: wine made from Mantonegro and Syrah grape varieties.

Harvest: The harvest was done by hand, selecting the grapes.

Development and aging: The wine vas fermented with Majorcan yeasts, the maceration took peace for 15 days, fermenting at a controlled temperature of 28º allowing it to keep all its flavors and characteristics. Once the wine was fermented it was aged in a mix of French, American and Hungarian oak barrels for 12 months. Then it remains in glass bottles for 2 years.

Visual phase: it has a cherry red color.

Nose: Very complex aroma, reminiscent of ripe red fruits, species, licorice and coconut.

Taste: a pleasant wore, full boded with long finish.
